1 General Provisions

3 Account Verification

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jayas9 offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To become eligible to withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 (ten) times. For example, receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

• There will be a set time limit to meet the wagering requirement — the bonus may be cancelled if not fulfilled on time
• Bets on different games may be counted differently toward settling the bonus
• jayas9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus if unusual betting patterns are detected
• Direct withdrawal from the bonus balance is not possible; withdrawal is only available after the conditions have been met

5.3 VIP Program

jayas9 has four VIP tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%; Silver — up to 0.8%; Gold — up to 1.1%; and Platinum — up to 1.5%. Progression to higher tiers depends on your gaming activity and engagement on the platform.

All promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time at jayas9's discretion. Separate terms and conditions may apply for each promotion.

6 Responsible Gambling

jayas9 is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We believe that entertainment should not turn into a harmful addiction. We follow the policies below:

9 Limitation of Liability
